Kyle has known Rick his entire life. That's because Rick and Kyle's dad, Gary, were best friends since they met in their early 20s. So Rick was part of Kyle's life from the moment Kyle was born. Little did anyone imagine that 30 years later they would be having the time of their lives making music and making a name for themselves in the southern Illinois area.

In 1979, Gary was the lead singer in a band called Keep the Change. He asked Rick to fill in for their keyboard player who couldn't make a gig. Rick and Gary spent the next 35+ years making music together in various bands and groups until Gary's death in 2018.

With Kyle and Rick both missing Gary, they thought that putting this duo together would be an awesome way to honor him. The timing wasn't right until late in 2023, however, when they started working on a few songs together and realized they had something really special happening!

What an amazing legacy Gary left to inspire Rick and Kyle to begin this musical journey singing many of the same songs Rick and Gary performed all those years ago. Life is good!

    Keyboard, Vocals

    Bio coming soon!

    Kyle

    Lead Vocals, Guitar

Kyle has been singing and performing for most of his life. His mom said he sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame on pitch when he was about two and a half years old, and he hasn't stopped singing since! Kyle has a degree in musical theater from Southeast Missouri State University, but his 94-year-old Grandma Audrey, who taught voice at Webster University for 30+ years, was always his best teacher!

Kyle is thankful that his dad's love of all genres of music and his love of performing rubbed off on him because he's having the time of his life following in his dad's footsteps with Rick.

By day, Kyle is a high school computer teacher.
